I started my fitness coaching journey with Tina, aiming to pass the Marine Corps fitness test. After not running much in the previous four years, I found it challenging to improve my 3-mile runtime independently. In February of 2018, I found myself, once again, in our community gym. For years, I had been working out on the elliptical, getting in my 10,000 steps per day and reducing my caloric intake without any changes. I felt like I was beating my head against a wall.
